That's not the motherboard, that's the chipset the board is based on. We'd also need to know which RAM you have.

If that isn't the mobo i'm not sure what it is then.... I have phoenix tech bios so i can't get the mobo model off the bios string. I have SIW installed and i ran that and that is what i got as MOBO.... Also my ram is Ramex, 2048Mbytes, ddr2 (PC2-6400), 400 mhz (ddr2 800)

Without knowing the make/model of the board, it's a little difficult to tell you how to best overclock. Normally I'd take the time to download the manual, then have a look at the BIOS chapter to see what settings are available. I can give you some generic settings to try but all the options may not be available in your BIOS:

- lower the RAM speed to DDR2-667 (333MHz)
- lower the HT multi to 4x (800MHz)
- disable Cool 'n' Quiet
- disable all Spread Spectrum options
- raise the CPU frequency a little at a time & see if you can get it up to 250MHz. You *should* be able to start at 210MHz, but from there, raise it in 5MHz steps.
- always boot into windows after every CPU freq increase to test for stability...you *may* have to increase the CPU voltage to stabilize the overclock.

You can use OCCT to verify your settings, check your temps & stress test to check for stability:
