i would like to over clock my computer but don't know if its worth while doing it. if my computer good enough to over clock, if so how much could i over clock it and still be at a reasonably safe level. thanks

You don't appear to be running the CPU at stock speed. Your multiplier should be set to 16 & not 14 .... right now that wrong setting is making your CPU run 400MHz slower than it was meant to. Go in there & correct that so you're back @ 3.2GHz.

Unfortunately, without resorting to programs like SoftFSB, SpeedFan, SetFSB or another software overclock utility you aren't going to be able to do anything from the BIOS beyond setting the multiplier back to 16, because your motherboard is not overclock friendly.

You can't raise it higher than 16x, only lower.

BTW, you'll get optimal performance by running the CPU & RAM at 1:1 ratio...in other words, at the same bus speed.

Right now, your CPU is at 200MHz & your RAM is at 333MHz. Either lower the RAM to 200MHz or raise the CPU to 333MHz, or choose something in between, like 266MHz. And adjust the CPU multi as necessary.

Actually he has Intel Enhanced Speed Step enabled in the BIOS where if you are in windows idling, then the speed will drop to 2.8ghz. To get full 3.2ghz, simply go right click on desktop -> properties -> screen saver -> power -> choose always on as power scheme then go back and check for CPU speed again. Now it should display as Pentium 4 3.2ghz...
