Specs: Windows XP, DDRII 667 2 GB
2.8 GHZ HT processor operating at 1.4 GHZ,
Motherboard 945LM4 Mainboard. Do I need to check something to boost speed. System very slow and OS XP HOME Licenecd.
Display Expected system bus frequency 800 MHz reported during test 400
Display Expected Processor frequency 2.8 GHz reported during test 1.4.
Loooking for solution.
Very oftion system hangs and dumps physical memory.

Why did you go from one outdated old board to a slightly newer outdated old board?

You obviously have the CPU frequency set incorrectly. It's running at 100MHz (400MHz FSB) when it should be running at 200MHz (800MHz FSB). There's either a jumper or DIP switch on the motherboard that needs to be changed, or the BIOS needs to be properly configured.

Old MB burnt. So changed.
unable to get technical support for hardware acceleration/ persons having limited knowledge of old systems.
