Temps: 39C Idle - 55C load

Current set up is
3Ghz (300x10)

How are you attempting this overclock? For instance, are you trying to clock the CPU at 10 x 320MHz, 11 x 291MHz?, 12 x 267MHz, etc?

I just noticed that you have DDR500 but you're running it at 200MHz. Why?

With your current CPU settings (10 x 300MHz), if you were to change the memory setting from AUTO to DDR333 (166MHz), your RAM will run at 250MHz.

One more thing to add...the memory freq varies depending on the CPU freq and/or the CPU multi.

For example, if you were to keep the CPU freq at 300MHz & the memory setting at DDR333, but change the CPU multi to 9x, the RAM would run at 245.45MHz....change the multi to 8x & it would run at 240MHz. At 11x, it would run at 235.71MHz.

See if you can locate a program called "A64 MemFreq v1.1"...it's a great tool to help configure your settings to get the most out of your memory. It used to be available at the following site, but the link appears to be dead:

Thanks for the help, only thing that was a annoying problem was that when tring to set the Ram speed. it would auto set the cpu setting and then once you set those it would reset ram to auto, but some how i managed to get my ram and cpu where i wanted it.
