Solved one long beep followed with single beep and no system boot u

Specs: Windows XP, 1 GB
when startup one long beep followed with single beep and no system boot up, how to find and solve. I checked RAM and it found ok and i cleaned processor and fan and also fan is working but no system boot up with single beep followed by one small beep. Please give me a solution to solve this.

Can't tell you want the beeps mean until you post the BIOS manufacturer (eg Award, AMI, Phoenix etc) or your computer make & model.

Also please confirm it's one long beep followed by one short beep, because that usually means the motherboard is faulty, in which case a new motherboard is required.
