Hi,
I am going to buy a new mobo, CPU and RAM and I am not sure if I should get an new PSU also. I currently have a L&C 300Watt PSU. My new setup will use 226watts but I want to be able to upgrade graphics later too. If I use my current one will I be in danger of it dying and taking my new Mobo with it? If I buy a new PSU should I buy 350Watt Or 400Watt, I am thinking Antec. This will be my new setup:

Celeron 2.4GHz
256Mb DDR Ram
15Gb Quantum HDD
Cyber drive CDRW/DVD Combo Drive
ZIP 100 Drive
Spirit PCI TV Tuner
Creative 4.1 Surround Sound
64Mb Onboard Graphics

Also how far could I OC the Celeron 2.6GHz?
I know its a cheap setup but I have very little money and this will only cost me $270 or $310 (Australian)with new PSU. Thanks for any help.

"My new setup will use 226watts"

Is that from using a wattage calculator? I get the exact same figure when running it for mine...lol

What the calculator doesn't take into consideration is amperage, & having the correct amperage, especially on the +12v rail is probably THE most important factor.

This should help you decide if your current PSU is adequate or not:

Check out newegg.com for a Thermaltake 420W for $42 shipped roughly. 18 amps on the +12v rail. Good quality, and a good price.

Mein Deutscher ist nicht zu gut...lol

That PSU only has 15 amps on the +12v rail, but considering your specs in response 1, it will probably be sufficient, provided you don't plan on adding a lot of +12v stuff later (extra HDDs, optical drives, high end video card, etc)
