I'm OC'ing my Xp 2000+ for the first time with success, except my on-board sound wont start.

It's set to Auto in the BIOS as always so should be working.

Is this because I've raised the FSB of the board (my CPU is multiplier locked)??

Well, after changing jumpers and BIOS settings back to defaults, the sound still will not start.

Seems like h/ware damage to me, but I was extra careful going in my case, always am.
