Iam trying to Overclock my computer. I have Shuttle AK32A motherboard with 512 pc2100 Corsair ram and Athlon XP 1.67ghz 2000+. Since my proccessor is locked and i dont wanna unclock it, i want to know if its ok to overclock my fsb to the max which is 166mhz. So 166mhz * 2 = 333mhz will be my new fsb and my proccessor will be 166mhz * 12.5 = 2 ghz from 1.67ghz. and my ram will also be oced automatically to 333mhz. Is this a safe thing to do?

No, it's not save to go from 133 to 166 MHz in one step!
Try to go in small steps (maximal 3 MHz at a time when your board allows that) and see how far you can go because it depends very much on your cpu and ram. They are both tested for 133 MHz os noone can say how far they go.
And use a software to check the temperature in the running system!

If you're lucky you reach the 166 MHz, if not you have to settle down before!

What's the best software to use to tell the heat temp?
