CPU/Ram: 2600xp/512 ddr

Quick question. My Motherboard(asus a7v8x-x) says in it's specs that it supports 333 fsb with 2700 xp and up, and 266 fsb with 2600xp and down. I was just wondering if there was a way to reach that 333 fsb. Would that be considered overclocking?

if ur current fsb is set to 266fsb..then yes u would have to overclock to acheive 333fsb
