Hi, I'm not sure how much overclocking your going to be able to do with out unlocking the processer. I know the on my board (8rda+) that it automaticly unlocks it so that i can take the mulitplier to 12.5 (Can go higher but need to unlock it.). I have a Athlon 1800+ oc'd to a 2100+ and it's stable. The board you have might or might not let you change the setting until you unlock it. Also you could try playing with the FSB in the BIOS and overclock it that way. It be really good it you could get a mixture of both. Hope this helps!
