I did my xp 2800+ to xp 3200+ overclocked, like this http://users.skynet.be/kelvin/docs/mysystem.htm
now I did push up the Vcore from 1.65v to 1.70v, should this be anoght, I'm afraid to barbecued my CPU!! ;-)
Sometimes my system go crazy like freeze for a moment or completly blocking. Should I push the Vcore higher! What do you guyz think?

A 0.05V increase isn't going to BBQ your CPU, have you given your system a stress test to see if it can handle the overclock? Try running a nice CPU intensive app like Prime95 or better yet, run C&C Generals for a few hours, I found that to be the best stability test. If your system shows signs of instability, ie. freezes, crashes, BSOD, up the vcore by another 0.05V and test again, I thing 1.75V should be ample. And before you ask, no, 1.75V shouldn't BBQ your CPU, but if you want to do it properly, go out and buy yourself a good quality after market cooler.

Check your temps. If your cpu temp stays at 50c or below, 1.75v, 1.8v, 1.85v, and 1.9v are all fine. You'll need a good cooler or a cold room to keep it under 50C at 1.9v.

Thx guyz!
I have the Thermalright SLK-947U >> I think it can be anogth to OC my system!
I did play for hours "Battlefield 1945" and I didn't have any problem, but sometimes when I start my PC it freeze or crash!
My temps never goes up 50° you're crazy I have 4 Casefan + Cooler fan! My god 50° my mobo can handle that temps!
So I might try a little bit more voltage if I can undestand you guyz? By 0.05v?
By the way if I barbecue my system I invite you guyz! ;-)

Well, it is possible to cook an egg on a CPU, its been done, can't seem to find the link though, quite funny. Back to the topic at hand, yeah, by all means up your vcore by another 0.05, max it out if you want, but as johnoh said, watch your temps.
