O/C with Clockgen freezes comp when

When using CPUZ, Asus Probe (my hardware monitoring software) pops up showing zeros across the board. If I wait a few seconds, the readings return to normal. This happens on both my Asus boards.
Anyone else experience this?

I use nvidia's system utility to monitor settings and cpu heat on my motherboard. This program is set to update information every 4 seconds by default, though it can be changed. Is this possibly the reasons your software is di=oing that? because its not real time software.
