mem timings=4.4.4.12 (default stated on RAM)
mem voltage=default
cpu enhancements=off
pci lock=33.33mhz
pci express=101mhz
cpu cooler:coolermaster external cooler
PSU: Coolermaster extreme power 600w psu
video: 8800GTS 500/1600 > 630/1950

I have tested prime95 for 1 hour and everything is stable. Max load temp is 57 degrees. But 3d games are very slow!! Any ideas why??

Try underclocking it both the cpu and gpu and see if anything speeds up in gaming.

You Need a better GFX card for sure LOL look at your system... you have a powercolor x1600 haha lol in a beast of a system
