I have oced my nVidia GForce FX 5200 (128 DDR) to:
Clock frequency CPU: 280 Mhz (norm. 250) Clock frequency memory: 410 Mhz (norm. 333)
I can't go higher, it's became unstable! Is that a good result, I used CoolBits for this! Any suggestions are welcome, THX

That is a good! I have had mine up to 350-490 but it gets burning hot.

Following the advice given here on this site and using coolbits and 3DMark2100SE I was able to take a GF 4 440 from a 3DMark of 2870 with a base core of 275MHZ and memory of 300MHZ to a 3DMark of 2978, the core is now 335 and the memory is 350. I also added a fan to the board heat sink. The system is running stable and thanks to everyone for their inputs for a first timer.
