H guys

Is it safe to keep jumping to and fro between used oc settings and default settings?

i.e I can use 200fsb with a multi of 9.5
default is 133 & 15(xp2400+)
Is it safe to jump to the oc settings straight from the default,or do i have to work my way there gradualy everytime?

once you've established that 9.5x200 is stable and the temps are fine there is no reason not to jump straight to it. That's whay you do every boot up anyway if you always kept it at 9.5x200.
