Is it safe to keep jumping to and fro between used oc settings and default settings?
i.e I can use 200fsb with a multi of 9.5 default is 133 & 15(xp2400+) Is it safe to jump to the oc settings straight from the default,or do i have to work my way there gradualy everytime?
