Hi there. Iam totally new to overclocking. I have an Intel Pentium 4 3.00ghz HT, Northwood core. My chipset is a intel 865PE My MOBO is a Fujitsu D1625 / Gigabyte GA-8ISXT.
In BIOS there are no voltage or Advanced chipset features.

I may not be able to oc your Fujitsu OEM board.
But, if you want OC you have to get the "enthusiasts" mother boards. The P4 3.0 should be able to run @3.5 and above depends on how willing your chip is, and method of cooling.
