i have a NVIDIA Riva TNT2 Model 64 video card with no fan but just a heat heatsink but when i touch the heatsink it burns my finger off can you help also can you send me a temperature monitor so i can know thetemperature

Using any kind of temperature monitor program depends on whether your hardware has a temperature probe built in, and your card doesn't have one.

If the heatsink is hot, it is probably dissipating the heat off the GPU, it's just not gettng any air movement to cool the heatsink. Cheapest option is to buy a PCI Fan and mount it under your graphics card or try to find an aftermarket fan+heatsink or heatpipe cooler to replace your heatsink.

if its hot then its doing its job

just get the pci fan as stated above and let it go

also thermaltake makes very good aftermarket gpu coolers you could look into that
