Hi guys...
I have installed two 80mm case fans in front of my case and it's sucking air in(intake) and another two side-by-side case fans on the side panel (intake). The thing is that I dont have a place to install a 80mm fan in the back of my case (right at the bottom of my PSU) it's only for a small fan tho and I wonder the size for it...it could be 40mm or 60mm im not sure since I dont a mm ruler. Now I'm running my PC w/ side panel off. My CPU temp is down at 53C from 56 w/ side panel off but my mobo temp is raised to 40C (was 33C w/ side panel on). All I need is a fan for the back of my case to blow air out of the case but I dont really know the size for that fan. Can you guys help me??
thx,
fredNote: i've been looking at this one

put an exhaust fan as hig in the case as possible because heat rises. do it even if you need to make a new hole

Yeah...i was thinkin of making a new hole at the top of the case for an exhaust but what do you think the size for a case fan on the back of my case? is it 40mm or 60mm?
thx,
fred

You have too many intakes & only one exhaust (PSU)...you need "balance". Running with the side panel off defeats the purpose of having fans...they need a closed environment to work efficiently.
If you don't have a metric rule, measure in inches & convert...these are approximate:
40mm = 1 1/2"
50mm = 2"
60mm = 2 3/8"
80mm = 3 1/8"Since warm air rises, installing a top "blow hole" is not a bad idea...
