alright, my comp has no screen or beep sound while power on. I have tried to reset the CMOS and stuff..but no luck. i removed all the drives and boot with the cpu(amd 3500+)/ memory/ video card only, no use!!! i tried different rams and took out my video card to see if i can hear any beep sound.. but disappointed again!! if my cpu failed, there should be at least some beep codes to indicate the problem. so i am thinking it could be my mobo....

i want to hear some opinions from u guys...

When you say "while power on." Do you see a green led lit up on the mobo?

Now that the monitor has been ruled out, is the video card secured plugged into the motherboard, samething with the ram. If you are not sure pls reseat both and clear the CMOS data via jumpers on the board.

Do not type anything in this space.

Hey dude,

This means your cpu is dead. Amd cpu's will burn out in seconds if it gets overheated. I did the same thing with my old amd pc when i tried overclocking it. That's why intel is better. Intel processors will just slow down when overheated, not burn out.
