No boot?

OS: XP Pro
CPU/Ram: XP 2600+/ 256 ddr

I installed a new 2600+ processor and Asus motherboard, and I'm nearly positive everything is installed correctly, but when I power up, all the fans start, but the CPU itself just beeps(rather long beeps, that just continue until I shut the power off).
