Hello, Ive got a new chieftec case which has got a total of 6x 80mm fans and 1x 92mm above the power supply which way should i have this fan bring air in or taking air out it's at the top of the case above my 500w dual power supply.

Above the power supply where? on the top of the case? If it's top rear, it should blow out, front Low blow in. There is another thread on this about lines down from yours from yesterday we were discussing, and in there another link to another thread that discussed fan placement.

I'm no expert about air circulation, but I would assume if you have a fan at the top of your case you would want to set the fan up so it sucks air out of your case because hot air rises.
