New CPU, old motherboard. Or at least the board is based on an old chipset (760G).
There is no "optimal" FSB/DRAM for AMD systems because there is no FSB. In fact, AMD hasn't used the FSB since they introduced the Athlon 64 in 2003. Intel stopped using the FSB when they introduced the Core-i series. If you're not overclocking, just run the CPU at it's default speed & the RAM at it's default speed, that's as optimal as it gets.
