New A7v333 Won't start

CPU/Ram: 512 samsung

I just purchased a A7V333,with Raid and put her together.
When I hit the start key the only thing that turns
on is the Case Fan for 1/2 a second.Then it turns off.
Here are my Specs,ATX 320 power supply,512 megs of ddr 2700-333 (Samsung)MSI G-force4 440 mx 64 Meg DDR Video Card,AMD 2100XP and WD 60 gig HD
All my Wires are in Place , Not sure what Bios Ver. since I have not got her to boot =( help Please??????????????????????????????????????

Is this a brand new PSU? possibly it is a defective one. Also double check the power cable connections from PSU to MoBo.

Read the users manual and set all setting to their reccommended settings! That is why they give you a manual.

Make sure the board is not screwed directly on the board. It should be raised.
