Need to upgrade CPU-cant find compatible info

Specs: Windows Vista
Hi, basically I'm looking to upgrade a bunch of parts on my laptop because I can't really afford a new one. I got a gateway M-6339u for Christmas a few years ago and it's just not cutting it for school. The battery life sucks, it can get bogged down when I run multiple apps, etc. From what I've found the CPU I currently have is an Intel Pentium Dual-Core CPU T3200 @ 2.00GHz. I'm running on 2GB of ram (also something I should probably upgrade).

I cannot find what type of motherboard I have because I bought the laptop already put together and I'm not sure where the box to it is (or even if the box has that information). Any help would be greatly appreciated in finding out what board I have as well as what CPU's I could use to upgrade the laptop. Thanks in advance.
