I can't personally set my FSB any higher than 140, which means my ddr pc2100 is running at 280Mhz rather than 266mhz.

So I'd say thats probably a good place to start :)

well my FSB is at 142

and at post it says my ram is still 266

would putting the setting at 333 and increasing the DRAM voltage do the job?

thanks

Daniel

Here's what i did.
I used to have a PC2700 DDR 333 Samsung RAM with CAS 2.5
I went into my BIOS and in the cas latency option I changed the setting from 2.5 to 2.0 and I saw a huge difference in my computer performance. Since I was overclocking my system and I had PC2700 and if I would overclock then my RAM would overclock to PC3700 which was too much. So I lowered the RAM and set it to run as PC2100 then I overclocked my system and now my RAM is running as PC3200 CAS 2.0
Hope this helps.

I would say if you have the option to change your RAM settings from PC2100 to PC2700 then do that. What is your CAS LAtency? Don't forget to increase a little bit of voltage.

Hope this helps and if you still have some questions then let me know.

Ya i have my latency at 2.0 as well, but i have the DRAM clk at 266 and yes i have every option in bios you could think of, so should i change it to 333 and then change my DRAM voltage up one notch??
and also what is termination voltage thats another voltage setting for DRAM but not sure what it does

thanks

Daniel
