need temperature monitor software

Hi!!! I would like to know where i can download a software that tells me the temperature of my computer. I havent gotten any over heating sign but i rather know b4 it get work. Oh By the way, I have Volcano Processor fan w/ heat sink and 3 fans(one intake at the back, 1 out take in the front, and 1 out take on the side) is it good enough if i dicided to overclock my computer. But for know i wanna know whats my temp b4 I do some overclocking. THX

then again, you can always check your bios...they all use the same thermometer....
