Hi i need an opinion on my 3d Mark 06 score, well my specs are
Q6600 @ 2.5ghz
4gb DDR 800 SLI ram
Dual EVGA 8800gts SSC edition slightly OC to 595Mhz core 1850 Memory
1x 250gb harddriveWith SLI i got 11387
without SLI i got 10400Just wondering do they seem like low scores for what i have?

Do you have your CPU overclocked a whopping 100MHz or did you mean to type 2.4GHz? If you're running your CPU at it's default speed (9 x 266MHz), are you running your DDR2-800 as DDR2-533?
If you're not, the 1st thing I suggest you do is reconfigure your CPU & RAM settings to provide optimal performance. Lower the multiplier to 8x, jack the CPU frequency up to 400MHz & run your RAM at 400MHz. Your CPU will then run at 3.2GHz with the CPU:DRAM ratio at 1:1. If you're not an overclocker, just lower the RAM speed to DDR2-533 (266MHz) to match the CPU frequency.
As for your 3DMark scores, you didn't list which settings you used? The difference between the two scores show what a waste SLi is...unless you think the 1000 point gain was worth the price of a 2nd card? Here's what Tom's Hardware got with a few various 8800GTS configurations using 3DMark (1280x1024, Default Quality)...you'll see they're in the 12,000 range. Their test machine is probably better than your system so I'd say your score is in the ballpark.

Scoring around 13,000 with a pair of overclocked 640MB GTS cards and an Opteron 3.2GHz processor. Your scores do seem a little low.
-EDIT: So you're running Vista. Vista produces lower 3DMark06 scores than XP. On my machine, XP scores a little over 13,000; Vista 64 scores 12,500.
-On my setup, running Vista with most of the eye candy disabled (Win 9x theme) yields an additional 50 points. Every little bit counts. :)
-Make sure that no unnecessary processes are running. After installing Vista for the first time along with all of my internal+external peripherals, I found around 15 services and startup items that I was able to disable.
-During the first 10 minutes of runtime, Vista likes to perform all kinds of maintenance. While this does ensure a consistently happy and quick PC, it also kills benchmark scores. I find it best to run benchmarks around ten minutes after startup.
-Latest video drivers?
-Make sure that all of your components are running nice and cool.
