I need help overclocking my computer. My mobo is asus cusi-fx (http://www.asus.com.tw/mb/socket370/cusi-fx/overview.htm) and i have cleron 850 processor. I want to get 1000+mhz. The settings that i can only change is the fsb/memory to 133/133. The default settings settings in my bios are 100/133 and 8.5 multiplyer. It is safe to change the fsb to 133? or any way to change my multiplyer? Please help... Give me some suggestion on how I can increase my Mhzzzzzzz.. Thanksssssssssssssss
Firstly, no there is no way to change your multipliers, they are locked and there is no way to unlock them. Can you adjust your voltages at all? If you can you may be able to bump the FSB up, but I doubt you could go as high as 133 and I wouldn't take the voltages beyond 10-15% above stock. You should be able to set the FSB to 124, but it may also increase your PCI bus to 41 and you don't want that. You could also do a search on Google to try and get some info from someone who has already done it. Hope that gave you some sort of idea.
