How far i can O/C my pentium 4 2.4? Im new to the overclock world and i doubted i might burn my cpu.My mobo is P4PE X/TE with 512 DDR.I have no idea about fsb how it works, pls anyone explain. By the way is my cpu not in danger coz the cpu temp goes to 60 degrees but i have added 3 fans, two in front and the other at the back. I touch the heatsink but not to hot but is the cpu temp ok? or is there any way out to fall back the temp lower.

You need to review forums and other "how to's". There is too much info to just sum up in a post on how to oc. There are many variants, and although it's generally not too difficult, it does take some time, and very specific research on YOUR particular mobo/cpu/HSF. Don't attempt anything until you understand what you are doing, it's not a lot of reading, but there is some.
60 is high for a p4, is that at load (when gaming) or when it's idle? Are you getting this temp from something in windows, or from the bios? Case fans don't generally do a lot for cpu temps, its' the HSF, unless of course you have a really hot system with no circulation.

You will not fry the P4.
You will not fry the P4.
Some examples of oc efforts can be found at:

Read the articles and reviews Sid has published and as advised above, start searching for more information on what you want to do.
Did I mention that you will not fry a P4?
