Comment:

I am new to this whole O/C'ing scene. I recenlty bought a DFI Lanparty Ultra B & AMD 2800+ (Barton Core), and I am looking to get some more juice out of it. I have awsome memory onboard, with my 1GB of Corsair XMS 3200LLPRO, 400MHz Dual-Channel memory. Any help would be appreciated. I have no idea about "Mulitpliers" and such, so PLEASE... break it down for me!! LoL

Your 2800+ probably has locked multi, so forget about changing multiplier. Read manual for your mobo and know how to adjust FSB, voltages and memory timings. Your ram can go pretty high frequency, at least to 220, but your locked multi probably will hold you down. So a locked 2800+ is not a good overclocking CPU because it has a high multi. 2500+ is the best before people found out about those mobile Bartons. See if you can hit 200.
