Need help oc'ing Celeron 1200

I am trying to overclock my celeron 1200-
by taking 2 jumpers off my mobo it sets the system bus to a speed of 133 from 100. everything goes well during the POST it shows as a 1600(12 X133) but on windows startup it just freezes.
As soon as i put the jumpers back on it runs fine again.
Why would it crash on win startup? do I need to change my core voltage of 1.5 higher-if so how?
