need help o/c amd 2000+ msi mobo

yeah uh this is the first forum ive gone to but i jus got into overclocking. so heres the problem i can get my fsb to 148 without a hitch but the next setting up is 150 and my sys will boot to welcome screen then restart do you guys have an answer msi k7n2 delta-ilsr, 2000+ palomino vantec stealth 520w,xaser3 maxtor 80 gig & wd 80 gig both 8mb aero7+
the vcore is at 1.775 and the msi board i have will go higher than it says like .5 or .05 or somethin
fsb 148 stock multi 12.5 locked vcore 1.775~1.8 palomino 2000+@1.850 that is stable as hell NEED TO GO FASTER NEED YOUR HELP PLEASE thank you reply again
