Need a good heatsink for quad core

I need a good heatsink for overclocking, socket 775 i am willing to spend up to $80, i have been looking but i dont know much about heatsinks

You're in luck. Tom's Hardware just did a series of articles testing various HSF's. Here's one page from the 3rd article:

I've used several CoolMaster HSF's over the years. They're a decent balance of quality, performance & price. I recently bought a Hyper TX2 but haven't installed it yet...you'll see it rates pretty good in the above charts. I'm hoping to push my A64 3200+ Venice (2.2GHz) to over 2.9GHz.

The Infinity (now called the "MUGEN") does NOT have 4 fans. It has ONE fan that can be mounted 4 different ways. And according to the link below, it has a 120mm fan, not 110mm.

Jam, the MUGEN is able to have 4 fans mounted to it the article says though is would be real heavy.

I use a Vapochill Micro, closest to phase changing without the $$$$ price tag. Works wonders on a Opty185 OC'ed to 3.2Ghz gotta use AS5 with it to get best results though. said to handle upto 110W if i remember correctly.
