Comment: My Processor ( Pentium III 866) always works at 100% when i check any application that tells me how many percent is used on my CPU and ALL program show 100%. I also have 2 harddrives each with windows 98, The main one has this problem a th other doen't and they both use the same processor. Can Someone help me Thanks Black_Shadow

Reply: (edit)I have Norton antivirus 2003, ad-aware AND Spybot Search and Destroy + i defrag, clean my computer every month. i think it might be a damaged system file. Black_Shadow Hackers rule the world and will always rule it no matter what!
