CPU/Ram: Intel Pentium 4m 2.00GHz
Comment:

I don't know what happened.
I turned on my computer one
day and it seemed slower than
normal. I went to system info
and it said my 2.00GHz processor
is running at 1.2GHz.

I don't know why it happened
I just want to fix it.
Please help me

I have read the other posts on
this topic but i don't understand
what your telling them to do.

Does the 4m mean it's a mobile CPU?
If yes it's quite normal because if you don't need the full cpu power it clocks itself down reduce the power it needs. This helps to save power and allows the battery run longer!
