Multiplier on Shuttle AK38N?

OS: XP Pro (SP1)
CPU/Ram: XP2200+ 512(PC2700)

Ive just inherited a Shuttle AK38N mobo & XP2200+ Thoroughbred processor.
The mobo bios is Phoenix ver. 6.00PG.
I cant find where to set the multiplier - am I being stupid, or can I just not do it with this mobo? Ive got the manual - nothing in there, even less on Shuttle's website!

I think the ak38n has no multiplier adjustment

thats wot i thought.

is there anything i can do except crank up the FSB?

and will this affect the memory? ive got 512Mb Geil pc2700.
