"that doesnt help me"

Take the entire thing apart & benchtest the board like you should have done to begin with.

- place the board on a non-conductive surface
- install CPU w/HSF
- install ONE stick of RAM
- install video card & connect to monitor
- connect keyboard
- connect PSU

To test fire the board, use a screwdriver to momentarily short the 2 pins the power switch would connect to. If the board is good, you should get a display on the monitor & be able to access the BIOS.

THE HSF Had a white goo on it that got on the top of the implemented processor and I had to wipe it all off as I didnt read that instruction. Would that completeley fry the processor at all before it even was used/ and that last part I didnt understand entirely.. . I have it benched on a wooden table and I have it running right now, but no luck.

Can you rephrase your last paragraph about shorting the two pins please. Thanks!
