The best bang for your dollar would prob go to

GIGABYTE GA-EP45-DS3L LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX. Its 104 dollars but it goes down even further after mail in rebate to 89 dollars. You really can't beat this deal. It supports up to 16GB of DDR2 and is pretty overclocking freindly.

Well it supports 6 SATA ports, so if you already have a SATA hard drive, then you are more then set.

It also supports 1 ATA port so if you have a DVD-RW or two that support ATA in which all of them do except for a very select few DVD-RW drives and most Blu-Ray Drives that are SATA, then you are set there as well.

As for the power supply, it should support it, because this motherboard like almost all modern day motherboards support a 20 pin or 24 pin connection.

As for your graphics card if it's a AGP, you are out of luck. If it's a PCI-E then this motherboard fully supports it

If it's broke, then blow that sucka up!

Yes that graphics card will work, but i suggest you get something a little better like the ATI Radeon 4670 The best graphics card for under 100 bucks.

90 dollars.
