Hey all I have a OLD HP a000, runs slow as to be expected by an older computer, but I want to upgrade the ram and give it a little speed, but I can't find out what kind of ram it uses anywhere. I think it's DDR SDRAM PC-2700, but I am not totally sure. I don't know exactly what to look for when purchasing it. If anyone could let me know a.)what specific kind of ram I need, and b.)how much I can upgrade to(currently at 256). I googled it and had minimal luck. Thanks in advance to any whom may help.

This is the CPU/overclocking forum. Try asking in General Hardware. And check the model number again...I don't think a000 is correct.
