hi, i have been traveling for a year and when i got back tried to use my PC again the monitor went black, then when disconnecting the monitor the screen goes white, im pretty sure the monitor is OK, i disconnected and reconnected the video card and cleaned it all out, then it started beeping in slow beeps, when researching further i found out it might be a heat problem so i removed the CPU and cleaned out all the dust, BIG MISTAKE, didn't realize it would be so hard to put the CPU back in, i finally slotted it back in and it now makes a police siren noise, HELP!!!

lolz..
u just take out by pull over??

better u check processor pin. do not crooked , chipped , scratch , blunt or broken.

processor is hard to damages unless pin problem or the gold lining inside chips broken.
