Mobo Not reading proper CPU setting

CPU/Ram: Athlon XP 3000+

Ok, I need help..I installed a VGA Cooler which has nothing to do w. my CPU, then I restarted and it was reading a Athlon XP 1500+, when infact I have a Athlon XP 3000+. I need help!

Your FSB somehow changed from 166MHz (333FSB) to 100MHz (200FSB). All you have to do is change it back
