Memory timming settings on a msi

the settings in my bios that it will let me change unless im looking in the wrong place our as follows speed spectron ---set at =.25 fsb---set at 170 cpu ratio--auto cpu vcore-auto max settings is 1.8 ddr voltage- set at auto termination voltage--set at auto agp vol.---set at auto
please help what are the optimum settings. and as far as the memory timmings go, i went to the spot in bios i believe to be for memory and the spd is set to auto if you change it to user there are a bunch of options. the first on can be set to three like you said but the next couple of question are all answers like 4t or 5t and there is also a section for speed burst and that is set to normal should i change it to super fast?

Summary: I wouldnt expect all that much out of that system.. dont worry about the psu. the older processors take next to nothing for power especially if it is an intel.. max overclock on that setup will prolly...
Summary: I just noticed my 2GHz processor was running at 1.2Ghz approx(per windows system properties) I changed the default bus setting on the MSI board from 100 to 133 and this then gave me a speed of 1.6Ghz ...
