Memory stick arrangement a factor?

I know this question is about RAM arrangement, but the real question he's asking is how to run his 2400+ CPU at 200MHz (400FSB). He suspects that the RAM is the problem, but since he has PC3200, I kinda doubt it. If you checked his other post, he states that he has an unlocked multi, so my suggestion is to try the CPU at 10 x 200MHz @ 1.75v & see if it'll bootup
