How about clarifying your system specs. Do you have PC3200 or PC4800? You have both listed....

And you have Phase Cooling & 2.7GHz is the best you can do? I've read plenty of reports of 2.5GHz (10 x 250MHz) on basic air cooling, so you paid $350+/- for a mere 200MHz increase?

This article is a bit dated, but maybe it will help:

"phase change cooling is for future cpu switch out"

Then why do you list it as if you're using it now? I take it you don't actually have PC4800 either? Is that just a "wish list"?

I'm guessing you mean CAS 2.5, T-ras 9, Ras to cas 4, and RAS 4.

Take T-ras to the end and it is the right way. 2.5,4,4,9. I have El-cheapo 3200 RAM which came as 3,4,4,8. It Runs as 2.5,3,3,7 just fine so if yor ram is 3200 running at its propper speed I think you should get at least 2.5,3,3,8. If it came standard as 2.5,4,4,9 you may get 2,4,4,8. But dont get your hopes up.
