Comment: I have a sony VAIO model PCV-RX650 P4 1.6 Ghz (400MHz FSB I think) 512MB. What is the max speed Intel chip that I can upgrade to. P4 2.0, 2.2, 2.4? I appreciate the assist.

Reply: (edit)What is your motherboard. If you can'f find out what motherboard you have in your computer than do a google search for your model and that should bring up some results. That is how I figured that my 600Mhz compaq comptuer can be upgraded to 1.2Ghz. Hope this helps.
