Ok heres what i'd like to do: I've got a 750Mhz amd duron chip in my pc with a volcano9 heatsink. I'd like to know the max overclock speed it needs. Just a note. The processor with the fan has a temperature of 30c which is gr8. 40c at peak performance. Plz some1 tell me the max speed which is stable as wel in my pc.
I have a via kt133a chipset motherboard as wel if that helps, also 512sd ram n inno3d geforce4mx440. Ne help is appreciated.

Every system is different. The max overclock you'll be able achieve will be determined by how good a chip you've got and the rest of the components in the pc.

Those processors can hit from about 1000mhz-1150mhz.
