Hi

Can someone tell me from where I could find a packard bell mother board Multimedia 601 - Model no A950-TWR (233 MHz). Current one has problems and I would like to replace it.

I think you might be throwing good money after bad. Why dont you buy a new all-in-one motherboard, stick a 1GHz Duron on and get a decent PC out of the problem. Depending on the old case you might have to buy a new case/power supply.

The other solution is to buy an old 233 secondhand, that way you will get some extra spares.

Even if you could get the replacement board, which I would guess was impossible, it's not worth it.

Look upon this as a challange to go forward not back.

Good luck

I agree, build a new system. you are going to end up spending more n just the mob than you would if you bought most of the parts to build a new tbird system...not to mention and new system will be about 50 times faster than the PBell...
