Every time i turn my laptop on after thirty seconds it shuts off. It isn't a virus because it was working fine before and one day i'm playing a game on the laptop and the picture got really choppy and it started to lag. It is about 3 years old, could it just have possibly died?

Have you tried getting into the BiOS? If not try to do that. Press either delete or f1 whichever for your model. Post your results.

How many times are you gonna ask about this? Have you bothered to look at your other two posts? Your CPU is overheating - try blowing the friggin dust out of it!

I don't need to see it. I'm asking if you can get into it. You know when your computer turns on how theres a bunch of words or a symbol of the manufacturer? Somtimes there's a small messege saying to press a certain key for "set up" or something similar. Does that make sense?

In another post you wanted to take the laptop apart and you probably did not put the heatsink on correctly or you may even have the fan pointed in the wrong direction if it is working at all.
