BOARD WON'T POST. I SWAPPED PS AND RAM AND VIDEO CARD STILL NO POST . IT GIVES A CODE
90 ON THE LED READOUT.

Could it be the LED code is 9.0, not 90? From what I've been able to find, code 9.0 could either mean a problem with the BIOS, or the CPU has been over-overclocked.

"In some cases, 90 means Power On Sequence (PONSEQ), which enables the hardware monitor & Fan EQ. Generally, hanging at 90 means a failed overclock."

Try using the ClearCMOS jumper to reset the BIOS & start over....
