i av a k8s-760mg board and a sempron 3000 64 proccessor, i av built the computer myself but every time im trying to do something like copy a cd or dvd the computer usage is almost full and its making my pc run really slow, i av 768 mb ram and av even tried changing the ram but it was the same, can some1 please help me

To start with, you have a crappy SiS based motherboard. You installed the motherboard chipset drivers provided on the motherboard CD and all those other drivers provided there ??? Press CTRL-ALT-DEL and go into processes. Are there any processes running with an unusual high cpu load ???

yes i av installed all the motherboard drivers and whe i go in to CTRL ALT and DEL there is a very highy cpu usage 100% most of the time whilst im copying i av 768 mb ram pc 2100 which in the book says is ok with the motherboard ive even took the ram out of my other pc and still get the sam high cpu
